Orange List

EVERY NOW AND AGAIN

Eat until satisfied during Preparation, Induction and Healing.

Eat in limited amounts during Transformation and Maintenance. Eat only one item per day and follow the limitations for each food type.

Nuts

No more than 2 Tbsp daily.

  • All raw nuts
  • Homemade/unprocessed, sugar-free nut butters

Dairy

No more than a ¼ cup daily. Homemade is best.

  • Cottage cheese
  • Cream cheese
  • Full-fat yoghurt
  • Sour cream/crème fraiche
  • Full-fat cheeses (e.g. camembert, brie, Roquefort, gorgonzola)
  • Milk
  • Milk substitutes (almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk and hemp milk)
  • Soft cheeses (e.g. feta, mozzarella, ricotta)

Fruit And Vegetables

No more than 1 Tbsp daily.

  • Baby corn
  • Beetroot
  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Butternut squash
  • Calabash
  • Carrots
  • Cassava
  • Celeriac
  • Corn on the cob
  • Garden peas
  • Golden Beets
  • Gooseberries
  • Hubbard squash
